We are Jules, Marie and Madeleine Catrysse, building Blnd It. alongside our studies, with the support and guidance of our parents, Katrien Baeyens and Peter-Jan Catrysse, both entrepreneurs.
Jules and Marie are currently studying at university, while Madeleine is still in secondary school. Together, we bring a young and fresh perspective to the business, while learning from the entrepreneurial experience within our family.
This summer, Blnd It. is already being served at more than five hospitality businesses across Belgium, with most of our partners based along the Belgian coast. And this is only the beginning.
Quality matters. We source our frozen fruit pellets from Cube NV, a Belgian food producer founded and led by our father, Peter-Jan Catrysse. His experience in food production and innovation gives us a strong foundation when it comes to food safety, quality and consistency.
Our fruit and vegetable pellets are made from 100% fruit and vegetables, with no preservatives or added sugars.
